입사지원 후 서류전형을 걸쳐 1차 면접과 2차 면접 신체검사를 완료한 후 최종으로 합격자 발표를 합니다.

Interview Job
Competency
- Interviewer : 2~3 persons
- Interview Type : Individual or group Interview (2 persons max per group)
- Interview Time : 30 minutes per person
- Evaluation Criteria : Stability on jobs, Major & Job knowledge, Ability to cope with situations,
Problem solving ability, Job performance.
 
Personality - Interviewer : 1 person
- Interview Type : Oral., and written Psychometric test.
- Interview Time : 30 minutes per person
 
Medical Check Medical check according to Mexican Law.
