All employees are required to take a course at least one subject such as leadership, work skills, etc. each year to enhance the Work Smart competency of the company.

Global Program

Advanced Business English Course
This is an intensive language course on developing listening, speaking and telephone skills, as well as business writing,
presentation, negotiation skills, etc. to strengthen practical English use related to business.

A training course is conducted in Korea and overseas targeted at management-level employees overseas who will lead the
