Training Programs

Main Training

Compulsory Training Hours
Employees are obligated to fulfill at least 20 hours of training a year to systematically develop their competencies and improve work performance abilities. The training results are reflected in their performance evaluation for effectiveness of training.
Customized Training Courses
Demand-centered open training is provided by constantly receiving requests for training required on site and holding courses at the right time to maximize the effects of training.

Level Training

Mandatory Trainings
All employees are required to attend all organizational level defined training programs such as Soft skills, Awareness Programs, etc. each year for the skill upliftment of employees.

Global Program

Korean Language Course
This is an intensive language course on developing listening, reading, writing & speaking skills to strengthen practical Korean language usage related to business.

Future Program

Global Leader Course
A training course is conducted in Korea and overseas which is targeted at management-level employees overseas who will lead the continuous growth of the overseas operations to develop leadership competency for change and innovation.

Job Competency

On-the-job Training
Various intensive training courses are provided for all jobs such as SW coding & development, SW testing, Designing, Meshing, information technology (IT), quality, purchasing, cost, HR, finance and accounting with the objective of gaining professional knowledge and practical techniques required in each field.

Global Expert Pool

The expert pool is a concept where the company elects technical domain experts in defined technology areas. The company invests & extends all the required support for upskilling global experts so that they bring knowledge, skill and expertise to MSI and make MSI more specialized.

eCAMPUS Portal

This is an online Platform provided by Halla Global. This customizable, secure portal offers courses related to Mando Technology, IT, Soft Skills & others. This virtual learning platform helps in upskilling themselves from all locations and courses can be re-taken without incurring any additional costs

Other Training

After setting a self-improvement objective depending on the employee’s personal job performance, current competency level and other personal interests, projects are performed individually or in groups via an online training course to accomplish the set objective.
