Application process

입사지원 후 서류전형을 걸쳐 1차 면접과 2차 면접 신체검사를 완료한 후 최종으로 합격자 발표를 합니다.

Document Screening The evaluation will be done based on the CV and other submitted documents in accordance with the skills and qualifications required in the field of detailed recruitment.

Selection is carried out on the eligibility requirements for recruitment, the personality and characteristics required by The Company, such as physical conditions suitable for the job performance. And these factors shall be based on the objective and reliable supporting materials.

- Rate details : A comprehensive assessment of Jobs and job skills, personality and attitude, etc.
- Interviewers : comprised of at least three people from related team leader, Director, CEO
 

Two time
Interview

(1st and 2nd interview)

A. Working-level Interview (1st Interview)

- Rate details : A comprehensive assessment of Jobs and job skills, competency, etc.
- Interviewers : comprised of at least two working-level team leaders and senior managers.

B. Executive interview (2nd Interview)

- Rate details : A comprehensive assessment of the applicant's mindset,
whether suitable mainly for basic values such as toughness and attitude.
- Interviewers : consists of a minimum of two or more director level or above including CEO.
 
Physical Examination 1. Physical Examination is done only on candidates who are determined to have a physical
    condition not suitable for the conduct of business with the consent.
2. Physical examination should be done by specialized medical institutions as General Hospital
    level or with high public trust
